If you are reupholstering your seats these Headrest Seat Grommets give the top of the seat back a finished appearance. The grommets can be painted to match the color of your interior. The hole diameter is  slightly larger than 3/8" which means it will easily allow the 3/8"headrest posts to fit.  p/n 9910182-5
