The VOR EQUIPMENT CHECK LOG  is a convenient way to keep you in compliance with regulations.  A VOR equipment check is MANDATORY within 30 days of an IFR flight, FAR 91.171.

A PDF file will be sent via email when ordered. You print from your desktop computer according to the emailed instructions on an 8.5 X 11 sheet of card stock paper for best results.
